Nico’s journey began in childhood, sailing aboard his family’s sailboat and competing in the Optimist class. Over the years, he has owned two sailboats and gained extensive self-taught experience. Known for his calm and decisive nature, Nico is an expert in navigating complex situations and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience.
A lover of nature and outdoor sports like kitesurfing, diving, swimming, and mountaineering, Nico’s enthusiasm is contagious. His easy-going personality and adaptability create a welcoming atmosphere, making every trip with him unforgettable.


Chef Miguel "Manu" was born in Alicante, Spain, and has been immersed in the world of sailing and the sea from a young age, growing up in a family of regatta sailors. With over 10 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality, Miguel’s journey as a chef has taken him from Michelin-starred restaurants to cooking aboard luxury catamarans in Ibiza.
Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, Miguel combines his culinary expertise with his love for the ocean, creating unforgettable dining experiences using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His guests rave about his ability to blend flavors from his travels across Southeast Asia and his signature Mediterranean dishes.
