CAPTAIN- TONY DEFORE
Captain Tony has been navigating the high seas for over 25 years, but his love for the ocean started long before that. Known for his easygoing personality and his knack for finding the best hidden spots along any coastline, Tony lives to give his guests a taste of life on the waves. With a deep tan, a laugh that echoes over the waves, and a legendary collection of tall sea tales, he’s the captain you want on your side during any adventure. His experience and longevity in the industry has brought him to many amazing places to see, including, the Mediterranean, East Coast of the States, Bahamas/ Caribbean, Alaska, and the South Pacific.

When he’s not charting a course to paradise, Captain Tony can often be found riding the waves all around the world and driving sports cars. If you’re looking for someone to guide you through unforgettable sunsets, thrilling water sports, and secret sandy coves, Captain Tony if your guy during charter on ARTHUR’S WAY.

CHIEF MATE- ENDRIX RODRIGUEZ
Endrix grew up in Puerto Rico. He has been working on boats for the last seven years and got his captains license in 2021. Endrix loves to travel, and his greatest passion is photography. He loves street photography and capturing everyday people in their natural elements.


BOSUN-JEREMY NELSON
Jeremy was born in Empangeni, South Africa. He grew up on a sugarcane farm in the same small town he was born, enjoying the outdoor activities such as hunting, freshwater fishing and riding motorbikes. Jeremy left home at the age of 14 and went to a boarding school for 5 years where he learned to thrive in independency from a young age. His curious and adventurous spirit led his to explore countries worldwide, and once he discovered the yachting industry, he decided that it was the right career for him.
In his spare time Jeremy enjoys playing golf, spending time with his close friends and family and keeping active and healthy in the gym.


DECKHAND- BRUCE WILSON
Bruce comes from the concrete jungle (Johannesburg South Africa). After finishing high school, he went into plumbing and worked with his hands and thoroughly enjoyed problem solving. Eventually, he decided to follow his dream to work at sea while still being able to work with his hands and meet new amazing people along the way!


CHIEF ENGINEER- IDO BARKET
Ido is an Israeli engineer who came into yachts after finishing his Navy service as a Chief Engineer of an Israeli Navy patrol vessel on the southern border of its Mediterranean coast. Ido started yachting in 2021 and since then worked on different yachts as a Chief Engineer in different locations including Bahamas, Mediterranean and Seychelles.

CHIEF STEWARDESS- KELLY HOWLEY
Kelly Grew up in New Jersey, her love for travel and the ocean started at a young age. When she is not working on the water you can find her swimming in it. She studied environmental science and biology in university and after graduation she moved to Costa Rica. Some of her
highlights of her yachting career are sailing across the ocean and crossing the Panama Canal. She is here to make your time onboard as enjoyable as possible.

2ND STEWARDESS- MARIA ARIAS GUZMAN
Maria was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She studied law but then decided to persue another path when she realized an office job and a city life was not meant for her. She joined the yachting industry four years ago and loves it. On her down time she enjoy photography, aereal photography, diving and expirencing new cultures.

3RD STEWARDESS- BELLA LATEGAN
Annabel is 19 year’s of age, from South Africa. She started her yachting journey in 2024 and is excited about all the wonderful things instore for her. She is hard working, dedicated and has a love for the sea. In her free time she enjoys going on hikes and staying active. She loves going to the beach and have a fun time with her friends and family.
