Memento Amori (latin for “Remember to Live”) is a 2023 Bali 4.8, fully outfitted with 4 queens and 1 bunk guest cabins and 5 heads in a 48 footer, a full kitchen (galley), full sized refrigerator, solid for deck with large seating area & lounge deck, a very accommodating fly bridge with table & lounge area, and the huge tilt and turn rear wall of the saloon opening the full area for unique experience. Bali’s style and livability is unmatched by any other 48 foot catamaran. She is sure to please and bring guests back again and again! Unforgettable vacation with captain Adriana and Chef Rachel. They could not have made the trip more memorable. They provided outstanding service and fun! She always found the best mooring spots for us. We loved having them come with us on adventures to karaoke at Bitter End, explore the Baths, experience Willy T’s and so much more. Captain was so flexible and accommodating. We really appreciated her teaching our son Charlie to sail- she was so patient. And chef Rachel- WOW!! She has such a passion for cooking. So many wonderful meals- we actually ran out of adjectives complementing her meals. We especially loved the salmon bowls, lobster and rice. We could go on and on. Perfect vacation with the all gal crew! They changed up the plans on a dime, made us feel extremely welcome and prepared food better than a five ⭐️ restaurant! Took us to all the cool spots. Adriana and Rachael are a dynamic duo, crewing a fabulous and thoughtfully appointed (and roomy) catamaran. Their local knowledge is excellent taking us to some fun party spots and some peaceful out of the way hideaways we couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Rachael’s food was outstanding. Our trip to the BVI on Memento Amori far exceeded all of our expectations! It was one of our best vacations ever! Captain Adriana was very professional and a great sailor….She arranged 2 wonderful days of scuba for us in the BVI. I can’t say enough about 1st mate and chef, Justin. His culinary skills are superb and the presentations were exquisite. Every meal was a fine dining experience. The two of them were instrumental in making our trip a step above all others. The catamaran was beautiful and spacious for 4 couples (each having our own double bed and head). We spent mornings snorkeling off the rear or playing with toys in the water…Evenings on the covered fly deck were magical with a pitcher of painkillers! The 48’ bali was new and meticulously clean. We had everything we could have wanted….My favorite was the cappuccino bar with Justin’s yummy cookies!….I am looking forward to sailing on the Memento Amori again soon!! Memento Amori was our home for 10 days. It was such a beautiful and well provisioned catamaran. Meal time was always special with great food and a beautifully set table. Happy hour on the fly bridge with a hardtop cover was amazing. Breeze, view and shade coupled with fantastic libations- the recipe for perfection. Lots of fun toys to hang out on when we weren't snorkeling. Captain and Chef were great. They were very accommodating and worked hard to make our trip special. Loved, loved, loved spending 10 days on Memento Amori!!! We've been on lots of sailboats and have always fought for the moving shady spots. Memento Amori's large shaded fly bridge was amazing! Can't say enough about the gourmet foods that Justin whipped up for us. Loved the fresh herb garden on board and the espresso machine was an added treat! Adriana is an incredibly experienced captain, especially to be so young! And she makes some mean cocktails!!! I would be living on the sailboat with them if life weren't in the way.
